It doesn't matter what he says in chat. He only said it because at the time, he thought it might be done by then. But that was assuming he doesn't into any snags in the coding, or any other parts.

When it comes to programming, flat out locked in deadlines are a very bad thing, and lead to very buggy, rushed, and sometimes unplayable games.

Rather then getting mad and/or acting like you were lied to, be happy he puts up with that kind of attitude and pushes back the date as needed anyway.
In the end, the game will be far better for it, and you'll enjoy it more.

Stop complaining! Besides, you can just go emulate Windows and run CC from it, can't you? (This is why I don't bother with Macs. Bleurgh.)

Anyway, Data, take your time. And that's a rather interesting post; it seems like CC might be closer than we think. We just have to find ways to stuff our brains into jars and we'll be set.

they tend to get locked into looking somewhere when they notice enemies or bullets in that direction, and will try to watch out for more. setting way points clears that from their memory, probably to make sure that they will look where they're going, instead of walking backwards into the flamethrower of an enemy they couldn't see.
