It may seem like things are slow going, but I assure you that we’re being more productive than ever behind the scenes here at Data Realms HQ. Arne has been cranking out an incredible amount of new art assets for pretty much every aspect of the game.

I’m talking several new craft (with complete gib sets), humanoid actors, entire sets of bunker modules, etc… It’ll take a while to get it all implemented (read: not by next build), but that won’t stop us from teasing you in the mean time! 😉

    1) I have to agree about the sumotori rocks thing. It’s so fun! Not the gameplay, (It’s not as good) but watching the guys try to stand up afterwards is hilarious.

    If you all want to kill time until the next build is out go on Fun-Motion (have a test of all the games people mention), Gamespot.com (whach On The Spot), watch shows like Gamersyde Diaries and the 1up Show.

    WOW, Sumtori is SO cool. HEY! Try to shoot the blue cube to one of the breakable things of the ring (when you are in the main menu). If you hit one of the right you access to a Secret level, where you can do a really funny thing (won’t tell you what, just try it out!).

    This is going to be great. New physics should give it much more polish, while the new AI system will give it more of that RTS-ish aspect that data has talked about. I can see many mods needing fixing once the new build is released.

    That being said, everyone ought to see this, it’s just great.

    I don’t know why everyone thinks Build 12 was crappy. It was a little buggy, but it certainly wasn’t “crappy”.

    And everyone else, please stop complaining that the new build isn’t out. BE PATIENT!

    Well this seems to becoming on nicely well done Data.
    Stop spamming the blog and comment like normal people its a game you don’t need it to live stop being children and live with it its takes a lot of coding to make a physics engine work and a lot of bugs come with it its better wait for a good build that and crappy rushed build with glitches/bugs in it.

    Honestly, I could wait for a year, but not if I knew that it was a chance the build was made since the last time I checked yesterday. If data would’ve said a month ago that it’ll take at _least_ a month more, then I’m sure everyone would be more patient, or at least show more patience here.

    I have to agree with trouserdemon on this one, although I don’t know if gathering a heap of expecting comments is something you can blame someone for. IMO, 226 comments are 260 different proofs that what you’ve done is great. So keep at it Data, and don’t get hit by a car.

    you can fly dropships at uber speeds and crash it and possibly send it flying back into orbit and get -2395 or something.
